Our Activities
We offer a range of activities to help you learn how to meditate, find out about Buddhism and get to know members of our Sangha (those who take part in the life of the Centre).
If you are new to things you might like to try one of our drop in classes or courses.
If you would like to explore further, part of our Wednesday evening drop in classes are for more experienced meditators and our courses are also suitable for those who want to find out more about Buddhism.
We have a varied programme of events including festivals, days on personal development themes such as creativity and communication, and rituals.
If you reach a point when you feel committed to Buddhism as a path, you might want to consider becoming a mitra.
