It will be flexible, you join in as much or as little as you can, depending on your circumstances.
We will teach four meditations on love, joy, compassion, and equanimity - known in Buddhist tradition as the "brahma vihara" meditations. These can help us stay positive, responsive, and loving, even in challenging times.
Bookings Now Closed but you can join us for our 9.00-9.45am session on Facebook each morning
The retreat is by donation. There will be a suggested donation of £100 for the whole week, but feel free to give more or less, according to your circumstances. Come for free if you need to.
