7 Tuesday evenings 15 June - 27 July 7.00pm-9.30pm

Led by Taramani and team

The Buddhist approach to ethics is often seen as surprisingly different to the values promoted in modern life. The practice encourages looking at our responses and behaviour in everydaysituations and promotes clearer thinking, honesty and freedom!

We'll look at five key areas which include genorosity, craving, truthfulness, awareness and interconnectedness. Big questions but explored in a practical way that hopefully will help us respond more effectively in our daily life.

Suitable for all, beginners and the more experienced.
