We offer classes in Iyengar Yoga and Karuna Yoga suitable for different levels of experience. See our weekly timetable. This form of yoga develops strength, balance and suppleness. It also helps bring together our minds and bodies and this deeper awareness of ourselves creates a general sense of wellbeing.
Whichever classes you attend please wear suitable clothes which allow free movement. In order to be able to see that you are holding the postures correctly please do not wear very loose clothes.
