Learning to meditate, developing confidence and resilience for the year to come, and meeting people with similar values is the best way to start 2026. Suggested donation: £80 (waged) or £50 (unwaged). Most suitable for people who are new to meditation and Buddhism or want to learn the basics.

Gain and loss, praise and blame, pleasure and pain... Life goes up and down, and we often feel out of control. But if we have the right perspective and understanding, we can find calm in the chaos. We can stay centred, grounded, and strong. As well as helping us, this also allows us to be kind and helpful to others.
