Details

"Hatha Flow" yoga - a mindful class with flowing sequences between postures, which also includes some longer-held postures with a focus on experiencing our bodies as we move. Suitable for all levels including those new to yoga. Taught by Ian.

***NO NEED TO BOOK - JUST DROP IN!****

Ian discovered yoga back in 2015. He qualified to teach with YogaCampus in 2020 and teaches an accessible Hatha flow class, suitable for all. His yoga is inspired by his Buddhist practice. Ian is interested in the relationship between our minds and our bodies. By drawing attention to the subtleties of how we move, we can bring greater awareness to the present moment, our own experience, and a deeper understanding of our feelings and sensations.

**SUPPORTING OUR WORK**

We're priceless! All our classes offering Buddhist teaching are by donation, because we believe that the Buddha's teachings should be freely given. We recommend a donation of £5-10 for this event, but we welcome you however much you can afford to give - even if that's nothing at all.

You can donate online by clicking on our "donate" tab, on the top-right of the screen.
