Full Moon Puja
Time & Location
Led by Gambhiranandi and Candramaitri In the Buddha's time, his followers would gather on the full moon night to practice. We follow this tradition with puja (Buddhist ritual) on each full moon. Puja is a great way to connect with your imagination, touching the part of ourselves that responds to poetry, play and make-believe.
This month, we'll be celebrating a puja dedicated to Amitabha, the Buddha of Infinite Light, who embodies the boundless love of the awakened mind.
**SUPPORTING OUR WORK**
We're priceless! All our classes offering Buddhist teaching are by donation, because we believe that the Buddha's teachings should be freely given. We recommend a donation of £5-10 for this event, but we welcome you however much you can afford to give - even if that's nothing at all.
You can donate online by clicking on our "donate" tab, on the top-right of the screen.
