Our Mindfulness Teachers

Dr Matthew Drage (PhD)

Matthew has been teaching mindfulness meditation for six years. He trained to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at the University of Bangor's Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice in 2014. In 2017 he completed a PhD on mindfulness meditation at the Universitty of Cambridge.

Vajragupta Staunton 

Vajragupta has been teaching meditation for 26 years. He travels internationally to teach meditation, and is the author of five books on Buddhism and meditation, including: Free Time (2020), Wild Awake: Alone, Offline and Aware in Nature (2018), and Buddhism: Tools for Living Your Life (2007). He was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order in 1994.
