    Every Wednesday evening 7.15pm-8.15pm we hold drop-in meditation sessions where people can come to meditate and hear down-to-earth Buddhist teachings. You don’t need to be a Buddhist or have any experience with meditation—just come as you are.

ARE THESE CLASSES / EVENTS FOR ME?

Our drop-in classes and events have a variety of themes from meditation through mantra singing to communication and community building. No booking is necessary, and all on donation.

If you're new to meditation and Buddhism, a beginners' course might suit you best,

but don't let that hold you back, you are very welcome to join us for these sessions, too!

You can also join our Saturday morning sessions via Zoom, if coming in person is not available to you.
