ARE THESE CLASSES / EVENTS FOR ME?

Our drop-in classes and events have a variety of themes from meditation through mantra singing to communication and community building. No booking is necessary, and all on donation.

JOINING VIA ZOOM?

You can also join our Saturday morning sessions via Zoom, if coming in person is not available to you.
