Are these classes/ events for me?
Our drop-in classes and events have a variety of themes from meditation through mantra singing to communication and community building. No booking is necessary, and all on donation.
If you're new to meditation and Buddhism, a beginners' course might suit you best,
but don't let that hold you back, you are very welcome to join us for these sessions, too!
