MEDITATION DROP-IN

EVERY WEDNESDAY

7.15-8.15pm

Come at 6.30pm if you'd like to have a hot meal, or at 7.15pm to meditate.

Stressed? Tired? Life feeling uncertain or chaotic? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to handle it all by yourself.

Suggested donation: £12 (waged) / £8 (unwaged).

Open to all, no experience with meditation necessary.

MEDITATE. RELAX. FIND YOUR PATH

At the Croydon Buddhist Centre, we run weekly drop-in meditation sessions where people can come to meditate, hear down-to-earth Buddhist teachings, and connect over a hot meal. If you’re stressed from work, studies, or the pressures of everyday life, this is a space to slow down, recharge, and find a bit of peace. We all need inspiration and connection. And you don't need to be a Buddhist or have any experience of meditation - just come as you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each session starts with a short talk from the Buddhist tradition, sharing tools to help you deal with life’s ups and downs. That’s followed by a guided meditation to relax your body and clear your mind.

Feel free to come early (at 6.30pm) to share hot food (vegan and gluten-free) and connect with people from the local community.
