Arguments with loved ones. Gossip at work. Feeling like you have to hold back your truth. Speech is so powerful - kind words lift us up, harsh words can cut us down. How can we communicate so that everyone involved feels more heard and connected than before? How can we turn difficult conversations into ones that build trust and community?
