Not About Being Good - Four-week Course on Buddhism and Ethics Wednesdays, 4th to 25th May, 7.15pm to 9.30pm With Mokshadarshini and team All welcome - in-person at the Buddhist Centre Our next course is aimed at complete newcomers and also those who’ve been coming along a while who want to keep exploring. Maybe “ethics” can sound dull and worthy, or like it entails being moralistic and judgemental? This course aims to show ethics in a different light! Its not about “being good”; its about understanding the deeper motives in our hearts and minds, and learning to speak and act from the very best in ourselves. This is liberating for ourselves and others. The course will involve meditation, talks and discussion, and the chance to try things out in your day to day life. Do join us if you want to think afresh about your life, and get a sense of what Buddhist practice actually means in real life. We’re priceless! All our events are by donation and you can come for free if you need to. But please give what you can to support our work. There is a suggested donation of £40 for this course, but feel free to give less, or more if you can afford it. Thank you.
