Come and step into a world of the mandala. We will be navigating our way through meditation, exploring archetypal Buddhas, mantra and mudras and ritual. This six week course is suitable for those who want to take their practice a little deeper.

Suitable for those with at least six months experience

Do you ever think you would like to live in a brand new world? If we could create a a new world, a world of change, what kind of world would we build together? What is most important, most valuable to ourselves and others, and how can we surround that with beauty?
Using the symbol of a mandala, this course we will be stepping through the gateway of the mandala into a new landscape. We will be meditating with imagination, exploring archetypal Buddhas as symbols of Enlightenment, mantra and mudras and exploring Buddhist ritual.
Please note: This course is just running at Level 2, and is only suitable for those who have been practising with us for at least six months.
