All welcome.

Most people are aware Buddhist practice involves meditation.  Many are also aware it involves undertaking training in moral guidelines called precepts.  Fewer people are familiar with the way Buddhist practice encourages us to engage in our everyday activities, particulary work, as spiritual practice.

As Dogen writes, "Although the Dharma (truth) might seem as it were somewhat far away, it is the time right now".

So, come along for a unique, fresh approach to everyday life in our regular Saturday class.  Washing the dishes will never be the same again!
