Matt and Thomas - of the Croydon Young Buddhists team - will soon be heading off to Spain for their 3-month Ordination Retreat, where they'll be ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order. On this special Young People's evening, we'll hear from both of them about their journey to ordination, what it means to be ordained, and give them a proper send-off!
Our Young People's Nights are guided by experienced young Buddhists. After the class we have dinner together, and you are welcome to stay for as long as you would like. The food is cooked by the class team, and will always be vegan and gluten-free (usually dal & rice!).
Timings:
Arrival 6.00-6.15pm
Class 6.15-7.30pm
Stay on for dinner from 7.30pm
