Do you ever feel like your life is going round in circles, stuck in the same old habits? Buddhism has a powerful and ancient map, called the Wheel of Life, that shows us how we get trapped in repetitive cycles of behaviour and thought. It teaches us the ways we limit ourselves from becoming happier and more authentic. And most importantly, it shows us the way out.
What is this course about?
During this 6-week course you will be introudced to the cycles of human behavior, and learn to to break free.
The Wheel of Life is a symbol as relevant today as it was in ancient times. Week by week you will be led by experienced Buddhist teachers on a path of self-discovery. You will learn together with like-minded people and have the opportunity to share your experience and ask questions. Through meditation and thoughtful discussion, you will uncover the keys to breaking free from old habits and unlocking your true potential.
If you devote time and attention to this course, by the end you will have developed a more mindful and intentional approach to life. If you want to discover how Buddhist teachings can help you find more fulfillment in life, then do join us!
