Drop-in: All Day, Any Time

Come when it suits you: for an hour, a day, a week, or a month...

For a month we open our doors and invite you to join our daily activities. We'll meditate, eat and create a sacred space together. Come and have a taste of a life lived differently.

Open to all, no experience with Buddhism necessary.

Suggested donation: £5-10 for each day you join the retreat, plus £5 per meal 

DROP IN. GO DEEP. WAKE UP.

Buddhism is a live and active tradition. We want to give a taste of what it's like to live a Buddhist life, so from mid-October we are opening  the doors of the Croydon Buddhist Centre. From Tuesday to Sunday we will have a line of daily activities you can drop in and out of, whenever it's suitable for you. Come for an hour, a day, a week, or the whole thing. 

If you’re stressed from work, studies, or the pressures of everyday life, this is a space to slow down, recharge, and find a bit of peace. ​We all need inspiration and connection. And you don't need to be a Buddhist or have any experience of Buddhist practice - just come as you are.

7.30 - 8.20: Meditation Class

8.30 - 9.00: Meditation Class

9.00 - 10.00: Breakfast

10.00 - 11.00: Open Practice & Relaxation

11.00 - 11.55: Guided Meditation & Talk
12.05 - 12.45: Meditation / Yoga / Qi Gong Class

13.00 - 14.00: Lunch

14.00 - 16.00: Open Practice & Relaxation

16.00 - 16.45: Mindful Work Period
16.45 - 17.00: Tea Break
17.00 - 17.45: Meditation Class

18.00 - 19.00: Dinner

19.15 - 20.30: Guided Meditation, Talk & Ritual
