Timings: Four Saturday mornings, 23rd May - 13th June, 10.30am-12.45pm

Format: Come to any or all

With Abhayadevi, Eszti, Kalyananara and Mokshadarshini

Suitability: Open to all, most suitable for those with experience with Buddhist meditation
