    9.15 - 10.15am. Start your weekend well with a hour yoga class with Mokshadarshini and Ian. Suggested donation £8. You are also welcome to stay for the meditation class after the yoga. PLEASE NOTE NO CLASS 2nd or 4th JUNE.

    11.45 to 12.45pm. Enjoy a one-hour yoga class with Mokshadarshini our lead yoga teacher. A yoga class for all levels. Come and find inner stillness with vitality through exploring movement with the breath. Suggested donation £8.

Mokshadarshini - Lead Yoga Teacher

Mokshadarshini has been practising and teaching yoga more than two decades. She is also an experienced meditator, and member of the Triratna Buddhist Order. Mokshadarshini is registered with the British Wheel of Yoga. 

Awa Ginet - Yoga Teacher (Hatha Yoga)

Awa trained as a qualified Hatha Yoga Instructor with YMCA and has been teaching within the Health & Fitness industry for more than 10 years. She also works as a Movement Specialist in healthcare. Awa also trained as a Pilates & Dance instructor, and loves to embrace flow in her Yoga sequences. She discovered and became connected with Buddhism at the age of 12 years old and became a Buddhist practitioner from the age of 16.

Ian Jacobs-Dean - Yoga Teacher

Ian discovered yoga back in 2015. He qualified to teach with YogaCampus in 2020 and teaches an accessible Hatha flow class, suitable for all. His yoga is inspired by his Buddhist practice. Ian is interested in the relationship between our minds and our bodies. By drawing attention to the subtleties of how we move, we can bring greater awareness to the present moment, our own experience, and a deeper understanding of our feelings and sensations. 

Clemence Tanzi - Yoga Teacher

 

Clemence qualified as a yoga teacher with Yogacampus and has been practicing yoga since 2011. She enjoys teaching creative, playful and accessible yoga classes to all levels. Her teaching draws on her meditation and buddhist practice, bringing awareness to the body, to ground ourselves and enquire into our experience with kindness.
