Mokshadarshini has been practising and teaching yoga more than two decades. She is also an experienced meditator, and member of the Triratna Buddhist Order. Mokshadarshini is registered with the British Wheel of Yoga.

Matt Clark
Matt trained in Hatha yoga at the Samyak Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda, Mysore in India. He is keen to bring his experience in yoga and Buddhism together in the classes he teaches.
Qigong/ Tai Chi Instructor
Andrew Manning
Andrew has been practicing Aikido, Tai Chi (yang long form) and Qigong for over a decade. He is a qualified qigong teacher, as well as swimming instructor for people with disabilities.
