Timings: Four Saturday mornings, 23rd May - 13th June, 10.30am-12.45pm

With Abhayadevi, Eszti, Kalyananara and Mokshadarshini

Suitability: Open to all, most suitable for those with experience with Buddhist meditation


Anger is a powerful force, and when transformed, can be a source of good.


None of us are strangers to anger. Whether it is aimed at someone we haven't met a before, a loved one or an object, we know how harmful it can be - both to ourselves and others.
