Who is Padmasambhava?

With Mokshadarshini, Simhasraddha, and Vajragupta

Padmasambhava is seen by Tibetans as the "second Buddha" because he took the Dharma (Buddhist teaching) into the land of Tibet. Along the way, he encountered many obstacles and much opposition. But the stronger the forces of greed, hatred, and delusion were, the stronger Padmasambhava became. He was the "lord of transformation" who could transmute negative energies into a force for good in the world.

Join us for a weekend of stories, rituals, and meditations on Padmasambhava, with time also to enjoy the company of like-minded people, and relax in the lovely Sussex countryside.

This weekend will be suitable for anyone who has been meditating for a few months or more. It will be good as a way to try our a retreat for the first time, as well as those who've been meditating for some years.

This retreat is priced at £125 per person for the whole weekend, including all meals. If this is too much, please do get in touch with us - we have a few bursary places available. We don't want lack of money to prevent anyone coming on retreat.
