Buddhist ritual is often a collective experience, something we explore with others. It can take various forms: doing puja, reading a Buddhist text or making offerings. But ritual is not something unique to Buddhism – we all have our rituals in everyday life, even down to how we get up in the morning. Our lives are full of ritual, maybe even without us noticing.
In this session we will explore the meaning behind the rituals we do, our personal connection to them, and how we can integrate them into our Buddhist practice. Join us as we explore how we make Buddhist ritual our own.
