Power, and the search for power, seems to corrupt our society; the Buddha taught that we should act from love, not lust for power. Yet, he also taught that developing our own deeper, spiritual power, is crucial in living out our potential. How do we take back our power, without it turning into power over others?
Join us for a discussion of the place of power in the world and in Buddhist practice, led by Cara and facilitated by our young people's team, Clémence and Kit.
We're priceless! All our classes offering Buddhist teaching are by donation, because we believe that the Buddha's teachings should be freely given. We recommend a donation of £10 per week, but we welcome you however much you can afford to give.
