A practical course in mindfulness
Sometimes (or indeed often), it feels like we're not really living life to the fullest.
It's like our minds are constantly filled with thoughts, anxiety, and chaos, which stops us from truly experiencing life.
More and more people are turning to mindfulness for help with this. However, the Buddha's mindfulness teachings go beyond coping with the stresses of modern life.
They provide a direct way of deeply understanding the truth of life and living accordingly.
