Would you like a thorough training in the basics of meditation? Or perhaps you are an experienced meditator and want to meditate with others and share your experiences? 2, 500 years ago in Northern India, the Buddha taught a treasure trove of meditation practices. They are still relevant as ever to helping to transform the human mind and heart. If you have ever wished to be calmer, clearer, happier and more wise, this is the class for you.
As well as periods of meditation, there will be ample opportunity to ask questions. To enhance your experience of meditation do look out for the yoga class that runs just before these workshops-a great way to relax both body and mind. All on a donation basis.
The workshop will be 1pm - 2pm and then an optional opportunity to have discussion over a cup of tea.
Dana Economy. All our classes offering Buddhist teaching are by donation, because we believe that the Buddha's teachings should be freely given. We recommend a donation of £20 / £15 for this course, but we welcome you however much you can afford to give.
