Our minds and digital technology co-create a world of experience. This world has its own particular pleasures, pains, opportunities, and traps: the cyberloka. This course, based on the new book by Buddhist teacher Prajnaketu, offers a Buddhist guide to meaning and depth amidst the hyperavailability, superstimulation, and social media of the digital age. Join us if you’ve ever wondered how to navigate the complex and treacherous territory of our always-on digital culture.
On Saturday December 3rd, Prajnaketu himself will join us to tell us about his book, which confronts controversial issues relating to social media, pornography and addiction with clarity and compassion.
Just turn up in-person, or use the Zoom link below.

Dana Economy. All our classes offering Buddhist teaching are by donation, because we believe that the Buddha's teachings should be freely given. We recommend a donation of £40/32 for the whole series of talks or £10/£8 per week, but we welcome you however much you can afford to give.
