We live at a time where many opportunities are available to us and there is a lot we can do with our lives. Buddhism offers a distinctive vision amidst this range of chances and choices. It tells us that, if we commit to moving beyond our habitual limits, there can appear something like a thread of meaning; a thread of gold. A deepening pattern of awareness, love and awakening energy can begin to emerge in the midst of our lives, and the lives of those around us.
Vajratara is coming to Croydon to explore the meaning of commitment and the significance of ordination in Buddhism, and their power to transform the world. Vajratara is a member of the ordination team living at Tiratanaloka, a women’s ordination training centre in Wales. She has had many years of experience supporting women who choose to place the Buddhist path at the centre of their lives.
Just turn up in-person, or use the Zoom link below.
