Saturday Drop-in Yoga for Meditation
9.15 - 10.15am. Start your weekend well with a hour yoga class with Mokshadarshini and Ian. Suggested donation £8. You are also welcome to stay for the meditation class after the yoga. PLEASE NOTE NO CLASS 2nd or 4th JUNE.

Details
A one-hour yoga class with Mokshadarshini and Ian. Start your weekend with this energising and restorative class, which will also include deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels of experience, including newcomers. You are also welcome to stay on for meditation afterwards and this yoga class would be ideal preparation! PLEASE NOTE NO CLASS 2nd or 4th JUNE.

Mokshadarshini is an experienced yoga teacher and meditator, registered with the British Wheel of Yoga. Ian discovered yoga back in 2015. He qualified to teach with YogaCampus in 2020 and teaches an accessible Hatha flow class, suitable for all.

We're priceless! All our classes offering Buddhist teaching are by donation, because we believe that the Buddha's teachings should be freely given. We recommend a donation of £8-10 for this event, but we welcome you however much you can afford to give - even if that's nothing at all.
