The Taste of Freedom: Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation

Thursdays, 30th March to 4th May, 1:00pm to 2.30pm

With Mokshadarshini and Zoe

All welcome - in-person at the Buddhist Centre

Ever feel like you're stuck? Like you keep on making the same mistakes, but don't know how to change?

Buddhism teaches that real freedom comes from learning to break out of our bad habits, opening up a life of expansive creativity.

Through meditation, reflection and discussion, we'll explore core Buddhist practices that break the fetters of habit. In the process, we'll begin to taste for ourselves the deepest potential of human existence: total liberation. Suitable for complete newcomers, or those who have attended a previous course and want to keep learning and exploring.

Dana Economy. All our courses offering Buddhist teaching are by donation, because we believe that the Buddha's teachings should be freely given. We recommend a donation of £60 / £40 for this course, but we welcome you however much you can afford to give.
