What to expect?

This Hatha-style yoga class invites you to explore the profound connection between breath and movement, transforming your practice into a moving meditation. Through mindful sequences and intentional breathing, you'll deepen your awareness and find a calm, centered space within. Whether you're seeking to build strength, flexibility, or inner peace, this class offers a balanced approach to nurturing both body and mind.

What do I need to bring?

All equipment is provided, including mats, blocks & belts, but you're of course welcome to bring your own! There are spaces to change before the class.

Is this class for me?

This class is suitable for all levels and all bodies, offering modifications to meet each student's needs and experience.

Class fees

All our yoga and movement classes are by donation. We recommend a donation of £10 / £8 for this event, but we welcome you however much you can afford to give. You can give your donation at the reception before the class (we accept both card and cash payments).
