Wednesday Drop-in Qigong

Every Saturday 6:00am - 7:00pm

Led by Andrew

Suggested donation £8-£10

Qigong translates as "cultivation of life force energy". It's a series of movement exercises to help improve health, relaxation & mindfulness.

Qigong is sometimes called "the grandmother of tai chi" and they share many of the same principles, though qigong is easier to learn & quicker to get benefits from. In the sessions we'll cover a range of qigong forms including eight brocades, shibasi and standing forms.

No previous experience is needed and it's suitable for all ages and levels of mobility. All you need is yourself and comfortable clothes!

The sessions are by donation - with a suggested donation of £8 per session, though do feel free to give more or less according to your needs. They will be led by qualified teacher Andrew Manning.
