Eszti

Eszter is the Communications Manager of the Croydon Buddhist Centre. She enjoys writing, and exploring creative ways to communicate the Dharma clearly and effectively. (If you get an email from us or see something on the website, it's likely she who's behind it!)

Eszter also teaches meditation and Buddhism at the Buddhist Centre. She is drawn to the archetypal and symbolic, which she always tries to incorporate into her teaching.

When she isn't at the Buddhist Centre, you'll likely find her writing fiction, running, or analysing what's going on in the world.
